Here we present a simply beautiful vintage Longines from the 1970s which is in near new old stock condition. The watch has a very unusual and interesting case design with three decending stainless steel ribs towards the end of the lugs. This is complemented by the brushed silver dial with onyx and silver baton markers along with a fully functional date complication. This piece is in amazing condition and not far off what we would describe as near new old stock condition. The brushwork on the sides of the case is in superb condition showing almost no signs of wear. It is simplay a stunning watch with a very unique and imposing look when on the wrist. Mechanically the watch is running well and keeping good time within specification!
Dial - The dial is in mint condition.
Case - This piece features a unique stainless steel case which is in superb condition.
Crown - The watch features its original crown which works perfectly. The date is changed by moving the crown to position one and turning clockwise.
Movement - The watch encases its original Longines Cal: 633.1 Automatic movement which is running perfectly.
Case back - The case back on this watch is in superb condition showing just light wear.
Strap - This watch has been put on an aftermarket strap which has a luxurious look and feel. If you fancy a different strap option please don’t hesitate to contact us before purchase!
Crystal - The mineral glass is in superb condition with the odd mark which is only visible on close inspection.
