Condition
This vintage manual wind Omega is in spectacular condition for its age both cosmetically and mechanically. The watch is keeping great time, well within specification.
Dial - This model features a stunning sunburst blue dial which is in superb condition. This is a particularly attractive dial combination with white and black insert baton hour markers and hands along with a distinctive red seconds hand. The original lume spots are also present.
Case - The case is in good condition, it displays a high quality brushed finish at the front and a polished finish at the sides. There are some small scratches. Nevertheless these are very minimal.
Crystal - The condition of the crystal is good as it is only showing a few extremely light scratches which are difficult to see with the naked eye.
Strap - Although not original to the watch the strap is of extremely high quality. This gives the piece a very luxurious look and feel.
Back case - The back case is in good condition for its age and is displaying a few scratches. There is also an inscription dated 1971 which gives the watch some unique history.
Crown - The crown is original and displays the Omega logo.
Movement - The watch’s 601 Manual Wind movement is in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition. It is keeping great time within specification.
