History 

The Rolex Datejust 16233 Pyramid Dial debuted in the late 1980s, featuring a two-tone steel and yellow gold case with a distinctive pyramid-patterned dial. Celebrated for its textured markers and classic 36 mm proportions, it became an icon of understated luxury, blending Rolex’s precision with bold visual detail.

Condition

This is a simply breathtaking vintage Rolex Datejust from 1980 which features a two-tone case in solid 18ct yellow gold and stainless steel. This model also features a very sought after pyramid dial. We have had this piece fully serviced and authenticated. The watch is working without flaw and despite not having its original box and papers, a luxury presentation box along with an authenticity guarantee card will be provided. 

Dial - Mint

Case - This piece features a stainless steel case and 18ct gold bezel which are in fantastic condition and show only minimal signs of use. 

Crown - The crown is its original Rolex screw down and is in excellent condition and works perfectly in all of its functions. 

Movement - This model houses its original Rolex Calibre 1570 automatic movement which is flawless in every way. The watch has been serviced recently and is keeping perfect time for a watch of this age. 

Case back - The case back is original with all of its Rolex markings on the inner. It even has its factory sticker still present. 

Bracelet - The original jubilee bracelet is in exceptional condition showing little signs of wear whatsoever.
