Each return undergoes a thorough inspection by our horologists to ensure the movement and casing remain in pristine condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the timepiece you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and verifies the watch's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
